Enables individuals to donate blood
for their own upcoming surgical needs.
- Designated Blood Donation Program
Enables friends and relatives to
donate blood for a specific patient.
- Apheresis Blood Donation Program
Enables donors to give specific blood
components, such as platelets, plasma or white cells.
- Accredited Reference Laboratory
Locates rare blood for patients with
unusual antibodies through a 24-hour consultation service with
hospitals and a national blood registry.
- Bone
Marrow Program
Registers potential donors into the National Marrow
Donor Program, maintains marrow donor records and coordinates marrow
donations.
