Assistant Director
Technical Operations, San Francisco

In accordance with Federal, State, AABB and Blood Centers’ policies, procedures, regulations and standards, is responsible for the technical and administrative aspects of the blood centers’ laboratory operations ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency of all laboratory functions consistent with cGMPs and established policies and regulations.

Donor Recruitment, North Bay Center

Under direction and in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs various clerical duties for department.


Donor Collections Representative - RN
North Bay Center, Fairfield

Under direction and in accordance with Federal State, AABB and Blood Center regulations, medical standards, policies, procedures and cGMPs, conducts blood donor interviews and reviews blood donor histories; performs venipuncture preparatory procedures; performs routine and apheresis venipuncture procedures; accepts and defers donors; performs donor education regarding the blood donation process; treats reactions; assumes charge position when necessary; and performs other tasks as assigned.


Donor Technician II
North Bay Center, Fairfield

Under direction and in accordance with Federal, State, AABB and BCP regulations, medical standards, policies, procedures SOPPs and cGMPs, conducts donor interviews, medical histories, venipuncture preparation, venipunctures, collections assistance procedures, and performs other tasks as assigned.


Equipment Technician
Training, Safety & Process Improvement

Under general direction, performs and/or coordinates performance of maintenance and repair on a variety of diagnostic, analytic and monitoring equipment. Performs calibration and electrical checks on medical/laboratory equipment. Performs all other duties as assigned.


Hospital Services Driver
Blood Product Services, San Francisco

Under direction and according to regulations, set policies, procedures, schedules, cGMP's, SOPPs, Federal, State, AABB and quality control standards, transports blood and materials to Blood Centers from various mobiles, fixed sites and to and from hospitals. Performs other duties as assigned.


Human Resources Representative
Human Resources

Under direction and in accordance with Blood Centers, department, and applicable, federal, state and local government policies, procedures, regulations, cGMPs and SOPPs, performs various human resources departmental duties. Perform all other duties as assigned.


Laboratory Technician
Components Laboratory, San Francisco

Under direction and in accordance with Federal, State, AABB and Blood Center policies, procedures, regulations, quality control standards, cGMPs, and SOPPs, performs a variety of tasks in a laboratory setting including the preparation of components and products from whole blood, monitoring equipment, record keeping and other duties as assigned.


Manager
Reference Laboratory and Clinical Services, San Francisco

In accordance with Federal, State, AABB, cGMPs and Blood Center policies, procedures, regulations and quality control standards, is responsible for all aspects of testing, technical operation and workload of reference laboratory including staff supervision, employee counseling, evaluation, reference testing at satellite centers, and other standard supervisory functions. Performs other tasks as assigned including budget management, relevant projects, training and education.


Registered Nurse (Millbrae, Redwood City, Cupertino Sites)
Peninsula Center

Under direction and in accordance with Federal, State, AABB, BCP regulations and established administrative and clinical policies, procedures and regulations, conducts and reviews donor histories, performs venipuncture preparatory procedures, performs routine and apheresis venipuncture procedures, accepts and defers donors, treats reactions and performs other tasks as assigned.

Under direction and according to Federal, State, AABB and BCP regulations, medical standards, policies, procedures, cGMPs and SOPPs, responsible for achieving individual, departmental, daily and monthly quotas by recruiting previous donors using automated dialer system, scheduling appointments, updating records and other clerical duties as assigned.
