Be a Holiday Hero! The holidays are coming and we all know what that means! Lots of shopping, lots of fun, lots of family time - but unfortunately, it also means a lot less blood will be donated. As we get closer to the holiday season, we all get a little more pressed for time. But remember that it only takes about an hour to save up to three lives! That's right, one blood donation can save up to three lives! As you make your upcoming holiday plans, please remember to save a little time for making a blood donation.
